Bereaved children more likely to have faced other difficult events in childhood

New research published today by NCB on behalf of the Childhood Bereavement Network has found that children bereaved of a parent, sibling or close friend are more likely to have experienced a range of other difficult events in childhood. These include having had a stay in hospital, being excluded from school and having a diagnosable mental health disorder.
