We need YOUR views!

26 May 2009

We're using National Family Week to launch an important new survey gathering people's views about bereavement in childhood. We want to know YOUR thoughts, and to get your feedback on a manifesto which we want to use to raise awareness of bereaved children and young people's needs.

The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete, and your answers will help us to campaign on behalf of bereaved children and their families. You can enter a draw to win high street vouchers too!

The survey closes at 12 noon on Monday 22 June.
