Our current projects include: Grief Matters for ChildrenThis major three year campaign, funded by the Diana , Princess of Wales Memorial Fund aims to raise awareness of bereaved children and young people's needs, and to generate support for them 'Grief and the teenager'This project in partnership with Leeds Animation Workshop, the Laura Centre, the University of Leicester School of Education and Family Care is producing an animated DVD and training pack for people caring for bereaved young people. Developing a strategy for evaluating childhood bereavement servicesLed by Liz Rolls at the University of Gloucestershire, this project will create an agenda for multi-perspective evaluation of services.
Past workProjects which we have now completed include: Supporting Service Development and Best Practice Guidelines for Bereavement Care for children and young peopleThis major three year project supported the development of services and expanded a framework for professional practice in childhood bereavement services.
