Working with Bereaved Children and Young People - University accredited modular course

A selective comprehensive modular course consisting of 5 three-day units, over a 6 month period. Undergraduate short course certificate accredited by Bucks New University. Level 6, 60 credits. Aim: To enable trainees to develop a range of techniques to work effectively with bereaved children and young people according to each child or young person's individual needs. This course will not aim to equip trainees to counsel children/young people but rather to support them in the context of their family and their individual/personal experience of bereavement. The Child Bereavement Charity are offering a limited number of places at a 50% Bursary. Apply to the training department for a Bursary Application Form if you are interested.

Facilitating Groups

A TWO DAY course which aims to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the facilitation process and skills needed to facilitate groups and to provide constructive feedback.
